CHANGES IN 2011... 

In early 2011 The Alchemist Theatre will be undergoing a seating reconfiguration, remodel and installation of a new lighting system based on recommendations from several repeat customers. 

Seating will increase to 57 permenant seats (up from 36 currently.)

Available lighting instruments and channels will be nearly doubled.

Usability, appearance, visibility and technical capabilities will be greatly improved.

Below is a brief explanation of our rental fees, what is included and some of what The Alchemist offers technically for your event.

BASE RENTAL FEE:

(Prices reflect 2011 upgrades)
Theatre rental is $100 per performance night and includes everything you need to produce a basic show such as "lights up/lights down" automated cues, stereo public address system and online ticket sales at http://www.alchemisttheatre.com/.

Rehearsal nights are priced at $30 per night with rental of at least one performance night. (price includes 10 sodas or bottled water for your cast and crew)

Many "extras" such as pre-programmed lighting cues, sound effects, music and optional ushering and ticket sale packages are also reasonably priced to help make your production affordable and successful.
